Kuaishou API
Read videos, comments and replies, a creator's hot videos and the hot board from Kuaishou over REST: 5 live endpoints, one API key and one JSON envelope. Below are all of them and a real request and response.

GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/videoOne Kuaishou post: caption, author (numeric uid, eid and Kuaishou ID), play / like / comment / share / save counts, hashtags, publish time (Beijing time), duration, cover and link. Pass the post's eid (the part of its link, such as 3xry7mhn2ywjyqg); the numeric photo_id is not accepted. A post that does not exist or was deleted answers 404 and is not charged.Required: video_id - Kuaishou video comments
GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/commentsFirst-level comments of a post, cursor-paginated (about 30 on the first page, then about 20): text, likes, reply count, IP location, time (Beijing time), whether it is a hot comment, whether the creator liked it, comment images and the commenter. Pass the previous page's cursor back to continue; stop when has_more is false. Replies come from raw.kuaishou.comment_replies. A post without comments, or one that does not exist, answers empty and is not charged.Required: video_id - Kuaishou comment replies
GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/comment_repliesReplies under one first-level comment, cursor-paginated, about 12 a page: text, likes, IP location, time (Beijing time), the user replied to, and the replier. Pass the previous page's cursor back to continue; stop when has_more is false. Kuaishou reports no reply total. A comment without replies answers empty and is not charged.Required: video_id, comment_id - Kuaishou creator hot videos
GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/creator_hot_videosA creator's hot posts, most liked first, 20 a page, as the same records as video detail (same ids). Pass the numeric uid (the author.uid of a post or comment record). Pass the previous page's cursor back to continue; stop when has_more is false. A creator without posts, or a user that does not exist, answers empty and is not charged.Required: uid - Kuaishou hot board
GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/hot_boardKuaishou's hot board (the main board) as it stands, about 50 words: rank, word, heat value, views, the board's tag (such as 霸榜中 "holding the top" or 18:20登顶 "reached #1 at 18:20") and a search link; pinned words come first (pinned true, no rank). One whole board per call, no paging, no params. An empty board answers empty and is not charged.

Kuaishou video detail（GET /v1/raw/kuaishou/video). The sample comes from the endpoint catalog, not live data; a full response also carries request_id and meta.

How do I call the Kuaishou API?
Send a GET request to https://api.qovia.ai, for example /v1/raw/kuaishou/…, with your API key in an Authorization: Bearer header. A success is HTTP 200 with request_id, data and meta. This page lists all 5 endpoints, and each one's parameters are in the API reference.
What Kuaishou data can I get?
Single videos (caption, author, play, like, comment, share and save counts, hashtags, publish time, duration and cover), first-level comments and their replies (with IP location and a hot-comment flag), a creator's hot videos most liked first, and the Kuaishou hot board (about 50 words with rank, heat and label).
Where do I find a Kuaishou video's ID?
The video and comment endpoints take the video's eid, the part of its link (for example 3xry7mhn2ywjyqg); the numeric photo_id is not accepted. A creator's hot videos take the numeric uid, which is the author.uid of a video or comment record.
How do I page through Kuaishou comments?
Pass back the previous page's cursor until has_more is false. First-level comments come about 30 on the first page and about 20 after; replies are about 12 a page and come from the comment replies endpoint.
Do I need a Kuaishou account or cookies?
No. All you need is a Qovia API key: no accounts, cookies, proxies or request signing to maintain.
How is it billed?
Prepaid and per call: only successful calls that return data are charged, and empty results, errors and timeouts are not. Every response says what it cost (meta.charged_usd). Each endpoint's price is in the API reference.
Can I use it from Claude, Cursor or other AI tools?
Yes. Qovia is also an MCP server (https://api.qovia.ai/mcp): add it to Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code with your API key and the AI finds the endpoint, pulls the data and summarises it.
What should I keep in mind when using the data?
Qovia provides a data API service and claims no ownership of the underlying content. Use the data under applicable law and Kuaishou's platform rules; see our terms of service.
