"transcript": "There is an argument that AI should be developed, used, and governed in accordance with human rights principles. Human rights history dates back to the Cyrus Cylinder in 539 BCE, followed by Magna Carta, John Locke’s ideas, the U.S. Declaration of Independence in 1776, the French Revolution’s Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen in 1789, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. Drawing from this historical framework, several fundamental rights for AI have been proposed: the right to life and liberty; equal treatment to avoid bias; freedom of expression; access to essential needs such as food and healthcare; and privacy. Data minimization and advanced information protection techniques—such as differential privacy and federated learning—should be employed, while ensuring data consent and sovereignty.",

"transcript": "In the 1930s, pho became a popular dish among Hanoians. Hanoi-style pho was renowned for its superior taste compared to other regions. Starting as mobile vendors carrying their wares, pho gradually evolved into permanent shops. Yet, even today, traditional pho stalls retain their humble, street-side charm. Despite the presence of well-known restaurants, these modest eateries continue to attract customers lining up outside. In the mid-1950s, northern migrants moved southward to Central and Southern Vietnam, bringing pho along with them. Concurrently, new variations and flavors emerged, including rare beef rolls, tendon, brisket, red wine braised pho, and chicken pho.",
