Keep at it, and your stomach function will improve significantly. You won't need to take any medication at all. Don't underestimate these small movements—they're even more effective than many health products.",

"transcript": "Adding too much load to the stomach can cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and even stomach prolapse. We must keep things light—slow jolts, gentle movements, mild pressure, moderate stomach stimulation—not forced exertion. Remember this: after meals, avoid strenuous exercise; engage in moderate activity instead of intense workouts.",

"transcript": "Another friend suffers from severe social phobia—unable to make any outward movements. Even after eating, they feel bloated and suffer greatly, yet they endure it out of fear that others might notice them laughing or making strange gestures. They find jolting movements peculiar, resulting in prolonged discomfort and severely impaired stomach function. Even a small meal leaves them bloated, with frequent abdominal pain. After visiting a university hospital, doctors explained that prolonged sitting after meals prevents proper movement.",

"transcript": "Jumping for ten minutes straight leaves me lying flat on the chair—I don’t want to move anymore. I tried leaning against the wall, which was comfortable, but sometimes I wanted to study while moving. Leaning against the wall made it hard to read or take notes; I could only watch dramas, still leaving some room for improvement. I tried doing push-ups, but couldn’t last ten seconds before giving up—the stomach felt sour, almost to the point of not wanting to eat. I also tried skipping rope, but there wasn’t enough space in the dormitory.",

"transcript": "I’d like to share about my most agile and adorable pet—a little squirrel named Ekor. I call him Ekor because his tail is long and fluffy, resembling a brush. This squirrel has gray fur, a tiny body, round black eyes, and always-perky ears that twitch constantly. His fluffy tail waves gently whenever he moves. I found him when he was just a baby squirrel about two years ago. I spotted him in the park, fallen from a tree—perhaps separated from his mother. Feeling sorry for him, I brought him home, fed him milk, and cared for him until he grew big and healthy. Now, two years later, he’s thriving and has become an active companion at home. Every morning, even before dawn, Ekor starts getting busy. He runs around inside his large cage, making “kruk kruk” sounds on the branches. When he hears me wake up, he immediately approaches the cage door, staring at me with round eyes. I open the door, and he leaps right out, climbing onto my shoulder, his fluffy tail brushing against my face. I stroke his head, feeling his soft fur. He nuzzles my ear, as if saying good morning. I love moments like these—mornings spent with such a lively little squirrel. Later, I head to the kitchen, and Ekor follows behind, hopping onto my shoulder, occasionally jumping down to run ahead. Once I reach the kitchen, I open the fridge and prepare food for Ekor. He eats a special mix designed specifically for squirrels—grains, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. I take a small bowl, combine squirrel pellets with a bit of peanuts (without salt), sunflower seeds, diced apples, and a touch of red radish. I place everything in the bowl and set it inside the cage. Ekor promptly enters, picks out the nuts first, holds them carefully with his tiny paws, bites into them, and peels off the shells. It’s so cute watching him handle food just like a human. Next, he munches on sunflower seeds, again holding them firmly and biting into each one. I enjoy watching him eat with such appetite. After finishing his meal, he drinks some water, making a “cip cip” sound. Then he cleans himself—licking his paws, rubbing his face, and fussing over his tail. I adore seeing him groom himself so meticulously and adorably. Once clean, he jumps out of the cage, climbs back onto my shoulder, waiting patiently for breakfast. I prepare breakfast—bread with coffee. He watches intently, his nose twitching, sometimes trying to grab a piece of bread. I offer him a small bite, and he nibbles delicately. After breakfast, I clean Ekor’s cage. His cage is spacious, equipped with branches, ropes, wheels, and a cozy bed. I remove waste, wash the tray, wipe everything down, and add fresh wood shavings. I also clean his toys and branches. Ekor stays nearby, observing my work. Occasionally, he helps by picking up small twigs with his mouth and carrying them elsewhere. I praise him, and he seems delighted, his tail wagging happily. Once cleaning is complete, I rearrange the cage, placing new food and water. Ekor enters, inspects everything, runs around briefly, then exits again. When I tidy up the house, Ekor becomes my assistant. He follows me, climbing onto my shoulder and hopping along. While I sweep the floor, he chases the broom’s tip, leaping here and there. When I fold clothes, he sits atop the pile, grabs socks, and runs away. I chase him, and he enjoys it immensely. Finally, he releases the sock, and I pick it up, stroking him affectionately.",

"transcript": "My daily routine and favorite brands. Talking about my everyday fashion and favorite brands is a topic that never runs out of things to discuss. I often think about how the clothes we choose can influence our mood, how others perceive us, and how we express ourselves without words. Sometimes I glance through my wardrobe, pondering each item—why did I buy it? How do I plan to style it? And when will I wear it?
I prefer clothing that’s both comfortable and stylish. Occasionally, I opt for loose T-shirts, jeans or joggers, and comfy sneakers. But even in simplicity, I like adding accessories like hats, bags, or chains to inject personal flair. I appreciate how something simple can look chic when paired thoughtfully.
For me, brands play a crucial role. I favor those that are easy to mix-and-match, comfortable, yet possess a distinct identity. Examples include Uniqlo, Cotton On, or H&M. Yet occasionally, I explore premium labels or creative streetwear brands like Off-White, Supreme, or Balenciaga. I don’t necessarily shop frequently, but I delight in studying their designs and drawing inspiration. Sometimes I spend hours poring over their lookbooks, scrutinizing cuts, colors, and accessory combinations.
Accessories are something I can’t overlook. Watches, bracelets, hats, belts, and bags can dramatically transform even the simplest outfit. Often, simply switching up a hat or bag can alter my overall vibe. I enjoy coordinating accessories according to color schemes or outfits, or playing with contrasts to highlight specific elements.
I also love discussing patterns and colors. Occasionally, I experiment with unusual pairings—for instance, a graphic-printed T-shirt matched with patterned pants or bright hues. I believe colors and patterns can affect my mood. Bright shades like yellow or red energize me, while softer tones bring calmness. I enjoy experimenting with color combinations, sometimes just to see how different palettes impact my appearance.
The seasons also shape my fashion choices. In hot weather, I gravitate toward lightweight, loose-fitting garments that allow freedom of movement. Tank tops, flowing maxi skirts, shorts, or colorful printed T-shirts suit me well. During colder months, I embrace thick sweaters, jackets, scarves, and hats. Sometimes I layer multiple textures—for example, a hoodie under a leather jacket—creating looks that are both creative and eye-catching.
Shopping for clothes is an enjoyable experience. I love browsing new collections in stores or online. Sometimes I buy items not out of necessity, but purely for the joy they bring. Occasionally, I purchase shirts, pants, or accessories simply because their colors or patterns catch my eye. Shopping with friends makes it even more fun, as we can try on outfits together, exchange opinions, and inspire one another.
Social media also fuels my fashion inspiration. I enjoy watching lookbook videos, clothing hauls, and styling tips. Sometimes I emulate others’ styles, but always infuse my own personal touch to make everything uniquely mine. I’m fascinated by how people in other countries express their daily fashion, and how I can draw inspiration from their trends to craft my own style.
Shoes play a major role in shaping my overall look. I adore sneakers for their versatility and comfort, though occasionally I’ll slip into leather shoes or formal footwear for a polished appearance. Sometimes I buy shoes solely because of their distinctive colors or innovative designs. I enjoy comparing shoe brands, assessing how comfort and style intertwine.
Handbags are equally important. I prefer practical bags with striking colors. Sometimes I opt for larger tote bags capable of holding daily essentials, other times choosing smaller purses for added flair. The combination of bag and outfit can completely transform the entire mood of an ensemble.
School uniforms also offer intriguing insights. I admire how students infuse personal flair into their school attire. Some accessorize with watches, bracelets, unique stockings, or creatively designed shoes. This demonstrates that fashion isn’t limited to casual wear—it can seamlessly integrate into daily routines, providing opportunities for self-expression.
Digital fashion and online video content serve as excellent sources of inspiration. I enjoy exploring lookbooks, clothing hauls, and styling tips tailored to body shapes or skin tones. Occasionally, I replicate ideas at home and observe the results, sometimes adding my own creative touches.
I love talking about colors. Colors influence my mood and how others perceive me. I enjoy experimenting with pastel shades, vibrant hues, and darker tones. Unexpected color combinations can sometimes yield surprisingly captivating effects.
Fashion boosts confidence. Wearing my favorite clothes makes me feel more assured and relaxed. Sometimes, just slipping into a beloved hoodie and jeans instantly lifts my spirits. Fashion is a way to express myself without words.
Outdoor activities also shape my clothing choices. Whether heading to parks, beaches, or embarking on hikes, I select outfits that are comfortable yet stylish. Hats, lightweight jackets, and appropriate footwear ensure suitability for the activity and weather conditions.
I also like planning weekly wardrobes, ensuring each day features a distinct style. Discussing fashion with friends, trying outfits together, or sharing styling advice makes the whole experience far more interactive.
Fashion broadens my global perspective. I enjoy observing fashion trends in Japan, Korea, Europe, and incorporating certain creative elements into my own style.
In conclusion, talking about fashion, brands, patterns, colors, accessories, shoes, bags, social media, seasons, daily activities, self-confidence, and global inspirations could easily fill an endless conversation. I’m confident I could speak nonstop for a full hour.",

"transcript": "This study aims to analyze the growing phenomenon of health awareness in Malaysia during the 21st century, focusing primarily on distinguishing between wise and effective healthy lifestyle practices and excessive health anxiety—which can harm both physical and mental well-being. Employing a mixed-methods research approach (quantitative and qualitative), the study involved 1,200 respondents across Malaysia, spanning various age groups, ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and urban versus rural living areas. Quantitative data were collected via validated questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews with psychiatrists, nutritionists, family doctors, and individuals experiencing symptoms of excessive health anxiety.
The findings reveal that over 68% of Malaysians have shown increased health awareness since the COVID‑19 pandemic, yet 32% of them exhibit signs of extreme health anxiety, including constant monitoring of bodily symptoms, unfounded fears of chronic illnesses, and excessive reliance on health products. Contributing factors to this heightened health anxiety include unregulated social media influences, the spread of misinformation regarding health issues, modern life pressures, insufficient health literacy, and prior traumatic health experiences. The study further indicates that genuine healthy lifestyle practices are grounded in balance, consistency, and scientific evidence, whereas excessive health anxiety is characterized by obsessive behaviors, irrational fears, and negative impacts on quality of life.",
